With over 24 years of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force, specializing in the Electrical stream, I served in various capacities including Junior Warrant Officer and Air Warrior, gaining extensive technical and leadership experience.

Following my defence career, I spent 20 years with NCC Limited and NCC Urban Infrastructure Limited, holding key leadership roles across CRM, Electrical Operations, and Facilities & Maintenance, culminating in the position of Deputy General Manager.

My core expertise includes manpower planning, financial planning, recruitment, and training of Facility Managers, Customer Relationship Executives (Help Desk), MEP professionals, Electrical and Plumbing Diploma Engineers, and ITI-qualified Electricians and Plumbers. I have extensive hands-on experience in on-site training and operational management of critical infrastructure such as Transformers, RMUs, HT & LT Panels, WTP, STP, Fire Fighting Systems, Landscaping, and CCTV systems.

I have successfully managed project takeovers from construction teams, ensured smooth coordination during warranty periods, and maintained compliance through regular coordination with statutory authorities including BBMP, BDA, and KSPCB for all required approvals and renewals.
