- Monitor chemical stock levels on-site and submit monthly inventory reports.
- Review preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) and checklists as provided by the FM office, ensuring timely submission and completion.
- Coordinate both preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs with the vendor to ensure uninterrupted plant performance and high-quality output.
