What We Do in Sewage Treatment Plant
Operate and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant strictly as per the vendor-approved SOP.
Ensure registers are updated daily with sewage treated, chemicals used, equipment run hours, breakdowns, repairs, and analysis reports.
Verify that treated water quality consistently meets KSPCB norms and compliance requirements.
Monitor chemical stock levels on-site and submit monthly inventory reports.
Review preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) and checklists as provided by the FM office, ensuring timely submission and completion.
Coordinate both preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs with the vendor to ensure uninterrupted plant performance and high-quality output.
